1. General

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the Terms) govern the relationship between the Service Provider and the User regarding the provision of services through the website elvitarot.com and the Telegram bot @elvitarot_bot.

By using our services — including registering, making a payment, or receiving a reading — you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Definitions

• Service Provider — self-employed individual Dmitry V. Vorobyov (INN 525805011554), operating under the Russian "Professional Income Tax" regime (Federal Law No. 422-FZ of 27.11.2018).
• User — any individual who has accepted these Terms.
• Website — the web resource at elvitarot.com and the Telegram bot @elvitarot_bot.
• Service — any service provided by the Service Provider to the User under these Terms.

3. Subject of the Agreement

The Service Provider agrees to provide Services, and the User agrees to pay for them in the amount and manner specified on the Website.

The scope, pricing, and conditions of Services are published on the Website and may be updated from time to time.

The Service Provider may deliver Services personally or with the involvement of third parties, remaining fully responsible for their actions.

4. Service Provider's Obligations

• Deliver Services in accordance with these Terms and within the timeframes stated on the Website.
• Provide the User with access to the relevant sections of the Website necessary for receiving Services.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of the User's personal data.
• Issue an electronic receipt within 1 business day of receiving payment.

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms by publishing updates on the Website. Updated terms apply only to new agreements.

5. User's Obligations

• Provide accurate personal information when using the Services.
• Not reproduce, copy, sell, or otherwise distribute materials received through the Services, except for personal use.
• Accept and pay for the Services as agreed.

The User may request a refund for Services not provided or provided with significant defects, in accordance with applicable law. Refund requests are processed within 10 business days.

6. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is listed on the Website. All payments are processed electronically via the available payment methods.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of information exchanged during the course of the agreement. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, or embargoes.

The affected party must notify the other within 30 business days. If such circumstances persist for more than 60 business days, either party may terminate the agreement.

9. Liability

The parties are liable for non-performance of obligations under these Terms in accordance with applicable law.

The Service Provider is not liable for issues caused by the User's actions or inactions.

10. Term and Termination

These Terms are effective from the date of publication on the Website and remain in effect until withdrawn by the Service Provider.

The agreement with a specific User is effective from the moment of acceptance and continues until all obligations are fulfilled.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved through mandatory pre-trial negotiations before court proceedings.
